2025 SUMMER ESCAPE SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Please read the information below to ensure you understand the terms and conditions of RipSkirt Hawaii's Summer Escape Sale. 

The sale begins 7/8/2025 12:00 am EST (7/7 9pm PST), and runs through 7/14/2025 11:59 pm EST (7/14 8:59pm PST). The site wide 40% off discount on full price items, new arrivals excluded, will be applied in the cart and at checkout when an eligible item is added, no code is needed. The discount does not include New Arrivals or Summer Steals.

Cannot be combined with other discount codes. Gift cards are not included in the sale. No rain checks will be issued for out of stock items. 

Does not apply to exchange orders processed through our returns portal. Please return your items for a store credit and apply it to a new order placed on our website. You will receive the store credit via email once the return shipping label is scanned at the post office. 

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Please note: This promotion cannot be applied to past or future orders outside of the sale period. This includes exchanges for a new item or new length skirt. Only an item purchased during the sale period and exchanged for a new size will receive the same discounted price. 

Orders placed after 1:00 PM Eastern Time on Friday will be processed and shipped early the following week. Due to large order volume during the sale, orders might require additional time for processing.
