Holiday Closure Notice

Our warehouse will be closed on December 25, 2025, for Christmas. Order processing and dispatch will resume on December 26.

Our warehouse will be closed on January 1, 2026, for New Year’s Day. Order processing and dispatch will resume on January 2, 2026.

Please note that order processing and shipments may take a little longer than usual during the holiday season due to high order volume.

General Shipping Information

We offer domestic shipping within the US. For detailed information on shipping options, rates, and restrictions, please refer to the appropriate sections below.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from our warehouse in Greenwood, IN. Orders placed after 1 pm EST on Friday will start processing the following week. If Monday is a holiday, processing will begin on Tuesday.

During promotional periods and holidays, processing may be delayed by an additional 1-2 business days due to high order volume.

USA Domestic Shipping Methods & Rates

*Due to ongoing USPS system issues, Standard shipping delivery dates may be subject to delays across the U.S. If you prefer a more reliable shipping option, we recommend selecting Priority shipping for faster and more secure delivery.

**Orders must be over $100 after discounts are applied and before taxes.

***Priority and 2-Day Shipping are not available to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, or Armed Forces locations.

Additional Information

• For free standard shipping, our system will default to the most efficient method to receive your order. 
• Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link.
• Due to USPS operations and local carrier options, shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and VI may take longer (14-30 days).
• Fulfillment, shipment, and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They are subject to change due to factors outside our control, including weather, carrier limitations, and holidays.

FedEx 2-Day Shipping Delivery Schedule

Note: Allow 1 business day for order processing. Delivery will occur 2 business days after the order was shipped. FedEx 2-Day delivery times are not guaranteed, and the service is non-refundable.

Shipping Restrictions 

We are currently unable to ship to the following locations:

• Palau
• Northern Mariana Islands
• Marshall Islands
• Guam
• Micronesia
• American Samoa

Customers in these areas may consider using a shipping forwarding company such as FishIsFast, Vyking Ship, or Stackry.

International Shipping

Currently, Australia and New Zealand are the only international countries we ship to directly. If you are from Australia or New Zealand, please place your order on our Australia website.
