General Shipping Information

We offer domestic shipping within the US, as well as international shipping to select countries. For detailed information on shipping options, rates, and restrictions, please refer to the appropriate sections below.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from our warehouse in Greenwood, IN. Orders placed after 1 pm EST on Friday will start processing the following week. If Monday is a holiday, processing will begin on Tuesday.

During promotional periods and holidays, processing may be delayed by an additional 1-2 business days due to high order volume.

USA Domestic Shipping Methods & Rates

*Due to ongoing USPS system issues, Standard shipping delivery dates may be subject to delays across the U.S. If you prefer a more reliable shipping option, we recommend selecting Priority shipping for faster and more secure delivery.

**Orders must be over $100 after discounts are applied and before taxes.

***Orders must be placed by 1 pm EST for 1 business day processing of 2-day shipping, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery is by the end of the second business day after the shipping date(see schedule below). FedEx 2-day delivery is not guaranteed and is non-refundable, as FedEx does not provide a money-back guarantee. 

Restrictions- We are unable to provide FedEx 2-day shipping to the following locations:

• Hawaii
• Alaska
• Puerto Rico
• APO 
• US Virgin Islands

• For free standard shipping, our system will default to the most efficient method to receive your order. 
• Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link.
• Due to USPS operations and local carrier options, shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and VI may take longer (14-30 days).
• Fulfillment, shipment, and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They are subject to change due to factors outside our control, including weather, carrier limitations, and holidays.

Shipping Restrictions 

PO Box and RT Boxes- FedEx 2 day does not delivery to PO or RT boxes. We recommend shipping to a physical address if you choose that shipping service.

We are currently unable to ship to the following locations:

• Palau
• Northern Mariana Islands
• Marshall Islands
• Guam
• Micronesia
• American Samoa

Customers in these areas may consider using a shipping forwarding company such as FishIsFast, Vyking Ship, or Stackry.
