Please read the information below to ensure you understand the terms and conditions of RipSkirt Hawaii's international orders. 

Shipping Region: We are currently testing international order fulfillment to the UK, France, Germany, Netherlands and Mexico. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. 

Purchase Policy: All international orders are final sales. There will be no returns or exchanges. 

Shipping Fee: The international shipping fee will be a flat fee of $18 USD, which is non-refundable. 

EU: Free Economy International on orders €200 EUR+: Duties and Taxes to be Paid Upon Delivery (10-15 business days)

UK: Free Economy International on orders £175 GBP+: Duties and Taxes to be Paid Upon Delivery (10-15 business days)

MEX: Free Economy International on orders $3,500 MXN+: Duties and Taxes to be Paid Upon Delivery (10-15 business days)

Tracking Details: When the order ships, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email with a “track your order” link to access their tracking information. 

Delivery Time: International shipping can take up to 10-15 business days once shipped. Please allow 2-3 days for order processing. Orders placed after 1pm Eastern time on Fridays will ship early the following week. 

Duty Terms: All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees, including orders paid for with a RipSkirt Hawaii digital gift card. 

Customers are responsible for paying customs and duties fees. The customer will receive notification from the shipping carrier regarding any customs clearance fees to pay in order for their package to clear customs. The notification will contain a link to follow with payment instructions. If the customs and duties fees are not paid by the customer and the order is returned to us, we will deduct a $25 return fee from the refund. If the return to sender does not successfully reach us, we will not provide the customer with a refund. This customs and duties calculator can provide an estimate of the fees. 

International fee: Due to RipSkirt Hawaii being located in the USA, international customers might be charged an international fee by their bank. This additional international banking fee is not coming from RipSkirt Hawaii. 

Payment methods: Though it shows at checkout, Afterpay is not an available payment method for international orders.
