Missing/Lost packageUpdated 2 months ago
Please go through the following steps:
- Confirm that the shipping address that was entered at checkout is correct.
- Check with any neighbors and/or housemates that may have picked up or received this package by mistake.
- Check with your local Post Office—they are responsible for delivery after it leaves our warehouse.
- Something else to consider: If it was delivered and has gone missing—might theft be involved? We don't insure packages that are stolen after successful delivery. You can file a theft claim with the carrier.
- Please file a claim with USPS. There are timelines you need to follow with USPS depending on how long the package has gone missing until you should file a claim at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

*For First Class Mail uninsured, go to "Find Missing Mail."
