Give $10, Get $10!
Refer a friend to RipSkirt, and you both receive a $10 discount when your friend places their first purchase of $50+ using the referral discount code they receive by clicking on the referral link you send. For the discount to apply to their order, their cart needs to be $50+ and they need to use the same email address you sent their invitation to when placing their order. They must also retrieve the code and place the order from the same IP address/same device for the discount to send to you.
You can then use the discount code you receive via email on an order of $50+. Your discount code will be emailed from [email protected] with the subject "Thank you for the referral!" Please check your email spam and promotions folders for the email containing your discount code.

RipSkirt Hawaii's Referral Program Terms & Conditions
- As a Referral member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to RipSkirt Hawaii's Terms of Use and RipSkirt Hawaii's Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for RipSkirt Hawaii's Referral program:
- Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as the first purchase made at ripskirthawaii.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives to our website by clicking your Referral program link you send. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
- Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address).
- Referral Rewards. For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an order greater than $50 in total value, minus all fees including taxes, discounts, shipping, returns, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and/or other 3rd party fees, using the same email address to which you sent the invitation. They must retrieve the code and place the order from the same IP address/same device for the discount to send to you.
- The referral reward cannot be combined with other discounts.
- Reward Payments. Rewards are payable in increments of $10 and are valid on orders of $50+, and can be applied to one new order at a time. Our system, like most, only accepts one discount code per order.
- Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Our Referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in RipSkirt Hawaii's sole discretion. (Corporations are not people)
- No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from the Referral program.
- Right to Close Accounts. RipSkirt Hawaii reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Referral program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
- Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. RipSkirt Hawaii reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
