What is Checkout+?

Checkout+ is an optional coverage you can add at checkout. If you select it, you get unlimited free returns without paying the price of the return shipping label when you authorize a return for a refund

Exchanges and returns for store credit are always free, whether or not you selected Checkout+. 

How it works:

When you opt in to Checkout+ at checkout, you're covered for free return shipping on any eligible item/s in that order. If you later decide to return something for a refund, your return label cost is included and won't be deducted from your refund.

To opt out of Checkout+ select the "Checkout without free returns option" below the Checkout+ button. If you opt out, returns for a refund are subject to a return shipping fee, which is deducted from your refund total.

Good to know:

• Checkout+ covers your entire order for one flat fee — you don't need to purchase it per item.
• Checkout+ only affects the cost of returning an item for a refund to your original payment method on that order, and cannot be transferred to another order.
• Checkout+ is selected during checkout and can't be added or removed after your order is placed.
• Checkout+ covers the standard return shipping fee. Additional services, such as scheduled pickup, may incur a separate charge if selected during the return process.
