Can I return multiple orders together in one package?Updated a year ago
Unfortunately, we cannot offer combined return shipping for multiple orders at this time. The shipping labels provided are created based on the weight of the items being returned. In addition, exchanges and digital gift cards can only be issued in our system when the corresponding label for that order has been scanned by the Post office.
Combining multiple orders with separate return labels into a single package may cause delays in processing your return or result in your return package being sent back to you.
To avoid any issues, please complete a request for each order and mail them back separately. However, we are happy to waive all but one return shipping label fee if you are returning multiple packages.
