How do I exchange for a different item, length, or print?Updated 13 days ago
To make an exchange for a new item, different length RipSkirt, or different print/color, visit our returns portal here: https://returns.ripskirthawaii.com/#/.
*Note: This method also applies if you’d like to purchase additional items along with your exchange, or if you’re exchanging for a new size and want to add another item to your order.
How it works:
- Enter your Order Number(starts with RIPS#) and Zip Code. Your order number can be found in your order or shipping confirmation email, by logging into your RipSkirt account, or through the Track and Manage Your Order options in the chat and Help Center.
- Choose the item to return and answer a few questions about the reason you are returning it.
- Click “Return item” (do not select “Exchange for new size or product”). This allows you to select your new item and purchase additional items if desired.
- You will then be taken back to your entire order where you can either add another product to return/exchange, or select “Continue with Return.”
- Select “Apply your credit $ to a new order” and you will be directed to our website where you can pick out a new item and pay any price difference if necessary. Please note Discount codes are not valid for items added to your exchange order.
- After you have added the desired item/s to your cart, click “Checkout.”
- On the return summary page, review all items being returned and any new items being exchanged. Then:
If you owe a balance for the exchange or new items: enter your credit card details, including expiration date, CVV, and ZIP code.
If a refund is owed: choose your refund type—digital gift card or original payment method.
Accept the return policy to submit your return.
Once complete, you’ll be prompted to print a free USPS Post return shipping label or QR code.
Important: The option to generate a QR code disappears on the same day your return is completed, so be sure to select it promptly. Once selected, the QR code will have the same expiration date as the printed label.
Please note: items purchased during a sale or with a discount code will only receive the same discounted price when exchanged for the same item in a new size. *'Exchange for a different length, print, or item' option is turned off during sales, and you will need to wait for the end of the sale.*
