How do I exchange my gift?Updated 24 days ago

If you have received a RipSkirt as a gift and you have found it is the wrong size, print, or fit, we can help you out! 

*Our return policy is 60 days, as long as the items are unwashed, unworn, undamaged, non-final sale items, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

We have an informative video on how to return or exchange a gift through our gift return portal. You can view it here. Your options are to exchange for a new size, exchange for a new item, or for a digital gift card to apply later to a new order. 

Exchanges can only be processed if the return is mailed using the prepaid USPS return label that we provide. 

The digital gift card is sent via email within a few days after the prepaid return shipping label is scanned at the post office. Please also check your spam and promotions email folders. 

Upon completion of your return/exchange, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a link to access the return label for printing at a later time. 

Please ship your return back in the original mailer or your own lightweight packaging. Our return labels are weight-sensitive.
