How long does it take to receive my refund?Updated 8 months ago

Our return window is 14 business days from the time you mail it back to the time we process the return.  We will also email you once we have processed the return and the refund has been applied to the original card on the order.  From there, it may take up to a few business days to show in your account depending on your bank policies. 

If it has been more than 14 business days, please email us at [email protected] with the date you mailed back your order, and the return mail tracking number so we can look into it for you.
