Not to worry! If you successfully completed your return/exchange you will have the option to select either the QR code or print label option on the return summary page when you are finished. Selecting the QR code will allow you to show your code on a smartphone at a participating USPS location where they can print the label for you. 

You will receive a return confirmation email with a link to these options. It will be sent to the email address used to place the order, be sure to also check your spam and promotion folders.

Please note that the QR code option must be selected within a few hours of completing your return otherwise this choice is removed as an option. You can always select the print label option later if you prefer.

Once chosen, the QR code/Label is available until the date provided. Please mail back your return before the indicated expiration date to avoid any complications with your return.
