If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly within 60 days of purchase and before sending any items back.

  • For missing items: Share your order number, let us know which item(s) were missing, and provide a photo of the items you did receive (with packaging, if available).

  • For incorrect items: Include a description of the issue and a photo of the item received. For quicker assistance, be sure to include photos of the item's inner and hang tags, as well as the product bag with the label showing.

  • For items with production mistakes: Share a detailed description of the issue, photos of the faulty item, and a picture of the inner white tag with the RN number.
