Why does the returns portal say my order isn't found?Updated 8 months ago

Here are the first few things to troubleshoot when our returns portal says "order not found":

  1. Make sure to include the prefix RIPS-(or EX-RIPS for exchange orders) when entering the order number into our returns portal. Without that prefix, the system will tell you the order number does not exist.
  2. Make sure there are no extra spaces or characters before or after the order number.
  3. Do not include any -1, (1), -SH1 after the numbers at the end of your order number. (Exchange orders are the exception and will end in -1)
  4. Make sure the shipping zip code is correct

Please include which item/s you are returning and if you want to exchange or return the items. For an exchange, please indicate the new print/length/size desired. If you want a return, indicate if you prefer a RipSkirt digital gift card or a refund (minus the return shipping label fee) and we can assist you further.

Please note, if you want to exchange for a longer length or for items with a balance due, we will not be able to process the exchange for you because a payment method will be required. We will continue to assist you with the process in that case!
